How does the service work in practice?

The pace of deployment is up to you: all at once or slowly over time.

1. All at once

We will replace your entire hardware in one go, and, at the same time, we will redeem your old equipment. Modern tools are immediately available to all your staff.

2. Slowly over time

If you want to use up your old equipment, you can gradually roll out service devices as your old equipment calls it quits.

Whether you need a basic laptop or a more powerful machine for a graphic designer, we have a wide range of devices to meet your needs.

You can also easily order other accessories such as phones, laptop cases, chargers, protective cases and everything else you need to work efficiently from our online store. We will deliver them directly to your company’s various offices or even to remote offices.

How much does the service cost?

The monthly price depends on the number of employees in your company, user support and the device you choose. The price is always scaled according to the head count.

Here are a few rough estimates of monthly costs for an SME with 50 employees using a service workstation. Price examples are estimates.

The monthly price of a workstation ranges from €30 to €100, depending on the selected model. The price example is calculated at the monthly price of a Lenovo L490 laptop. User support services are priced according to the model you choose. All prices are presented excluding VAT.

Because it’s not a leasing device and you’re not bound to us by a fixed-term contract, we won’t charge you a fine for returning the equipment. For example, if you want to return your device after only a few months of use, you won’t be hit with surprise charges and we won’t burden you with paperwork.
