This Privacy Policy relates to the personal data recorded in the visitor logging system (“the Service”) at Tietokeskus. Tietokeskus Finland Oy is the controller of the system. Where do we get the information

The visitor enters their details into the system when arriving at the data centre or when someone else enters them on their behalf.

How we use your personal data

The data in Tietokeskus’ visitor register is used to identify and recognize visitors to Tietokeskus’ premises and for statistical purposes.

Transferring data

The data will not be transferred outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA).

Data retention

The data is kept for 12 months after the visit. The data is then anonymised and can be used for statistical purposes.

Legal basis for data collection

Tietokeskus Finland Oy has the right to identify and recognize visitors to our premises (legitimate interest).
