The cornerstones of our responsibility programme

Typically, there are many angles to corporate responsibility, such as well-being at work, customer data protection, computer recycling, logistics and diversity in the IT field. At Tietokeskus, we focus, in particular, on three areas of responsibility: people, customers and the environment.

In our management team, we have a designated person for each area, who is responsible for the development and progress of the measures in their area.

Tietokeskus’ Code of Conduct and Security Policy, including training, provide the basis for responsible business practices and our employees are committed to following them.

For Vaaka Partners, the majority owner of Tietokeskus, responsible investing means a long-term and determined approach in which Vaaka Partners assesses the ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) matters of companies at different stages of the investment process and actively works to improve the sustainability of its investments. In its investment activities, Vaaka Partners complies with the UN Principles for Responsible Investment in all material respects.
