What does Tietokeskus’ IT support service include?
We usually solve IT problems on the first contact. Although our clients like us (NPS 89), we do not require a commitment to fixed-term contracts. We can also arrange local support when the situation requires an on-site visit. Our service is suitable for companies with dozens or hundreds of employees.
Employees will receive support for the use of endpoints, software and office services during agreed service hours, both in Finnish and English. Our aim is to solve problems at the first point of contact, either by phone, e-mail or with remote tools. We currently resolve up to 75% of support requests on first contact!
Our helpdesk will quickly solve such problems as these:
The workstation is frozen or the printer is clogged
A password is lost or forgotten
The employee does not have access to files or servers to which they should have access
An operating system crashes or needs an update
Software or applications do not work, or guidance is needed to use them
VPN or other connections needed for remote work are tangled
You can also order additional services make your staff’s everyday life even easier
A call-back service, allowing the employee to choose the appropriate service time themselves
Need local support?
Sometimes the situation requires an on-site visit. Our local support is really close: we operate in several locations around Finland. We offer local support as an additional service to the helpdesk service.
If your employees need on-site assistance on a regular basis, or even just for a short period of time during a change, we can set up a local support point on your premises. Our expert will be on call at the point at the agreed time. Your employees will gain help with problems quickly, as well as guidance on how to use the equipment and software.
A local support point can be an ongoing operation, or it can be set up on a temporary basis, for example, to cover the period of a move of premises or the introduction of new equipment.
